Product-led growth is nearly impossible without giving customers free options to test your product and experience its value before they make a purchase decision. But when you decide whether to go with a free trial or freemium model, you need to be extra thoughtful. Here are some experts’ insights on the topic.
1/ Shah Choudhury, Senior Manager at Salesforce, explains that if you want to find the most suitable pricing model, you first need to estimate TAM (Total Addressable Market) through the product price/complexity framework.
